High Impact Panel
“HIP” — High Impact Acoustic Panels
“HIP” are the most abuse resistant model of the standard Acoustic Wall Panels (AWP). Absorption is higher and impact resistant face is also tackable.
For acoustic applications where appearance and superior acoustical performance must be combined with greater durability, our HIP wall panel is the answer.
High Impact Acoustic Panels provide protection in high abuse areas as well as excellent acoustical value. High-Impact Acoustic Panels "HIP" - perforated co-polymer underlayment for high-abuse areas.
Co-Polymer Faced Panels
Select from a wide color range of co-polymer for your acoustic design where high levels of sound absorption and extraordinary durability are required. The Co-polymer is self-edged to encapsulate the semi-rigid fiberglass substrate.
Technical Data:
Substrate: 6/7 PCF rigid fiberglass with chemically hardened edges laminated to a 1/16" thick perforated co-polymer face layer.
High Impact Acoustic Panels are available in 11/16", 1 11/16", 1 9/16", 2 1/16" or custom thickness with standard maximum size of 4' x 10 (5' x 10' special order).
